Returns Policy

Lamington do not offer a consignment service. 

Very occasionally a product may have a manufacturing fault. If this occurs we will of course provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns. 



Privacy & Payment Policy

  • Secure Details: Internet Ordering and Security is of utmost concern to us.  We will ensure your credit card details and personal information are safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone - at all!!
  • Credit Card Transactions: All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available.  Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is completely 100% secure so you can order with confidence.
  • Multiple Payment Methods: For approved customers we accept On Account payment, with payment terms being 20th of the following month. Please feel free to email sales@lamington.co.nz or phone 09 320 4234 to discuss this.
  • Secure Account: We use every means available to protect your sensitive information - that's why when you initially order from us, you will need to register as a customer by opening an account.


Custom Duties/Taxes/Fees


Please understand that we have no control and take no responsibility for customs and import duties, charges and fees. Import policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local authority for further information.  

We work closely with our NZ Trade Broker to ensure our parcels are labeled correctly to avoid unnecessary charges. We include a Certificate of Origin with all international orders. 


Lamington is not responsible for any delays in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery time frames are an estimate and are not guaranteed. During peak times delivery may take longer.
